Soft light Brown sugar is created by blending cane molasses with homegrown white sugar.
With its fine uniform crystals and delicate molasses flavour it is perfect for baking giving a fine crumb texture and excellent in cakes.
Works particularly well giving consistent dissolving, colour and flavour to syrups, sauces, caramels and toffees.
