Organic Stoneground Wholemeal Flour
Strong. 100% wholemeal. Wholewheat is as the name says the whole of the grain milling, nothing added and nothing removed to leave a flour full of flavor.
100% wholemeal can be a bit dense so best blended 4:1 with strong white flour or French T55 for a lighter loaf.
