This Cake flour has been heat treated, this helps with the addition of high levels of sugar and liquid in the recipes, and gives the cake a soft crumb and light, moist texture, and gives a longer shelf life.
Perfect for sponges, muffins, madeira, Swiss roll and many more cakes and bakes.
