This is popular for pizza’s and hand shaped rolls and breads. It enables the dough to be extended and shaped without tearing and reduces shrink back during proving, resulting in a more open texture. This product is recommended for hand shaped dough’s and not in use in a bread machine, unless on a dough only setting.

Instructions for use: Add 1/2 to 1 tsp of improver for 500g of flour.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, deactivated Yeast. Allergen information is in UPPERCASE.
